Refund policy

This policy applies only to wholesale business customers. All orders are custom‑manufactured wholesale goods. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted unless there is confirmed production defect on our side. Claims for defects must be submitted within 14 calendar days upon receipt of goods with clear photo/video evidence. We will evaluate each claim. Approved defect claims are limited to re‑production or partial compensation, customer shall bear all return shipping cost. Cancellation is not allowed once production has started.
